Information We Collect
When you request a free consultation through our booking form, we collect the details you choose to share — your name, email, phone number, city, preferred date, project notes, and any photos of your space you upload. If you create an inventory account, we also store the box labels, contents, locations, notes, and photos you add, along with the email addresses you choose to share boxes with.
How We Use Your Information
We use your contact details to schedule and prepare your consultation and to follow up about your project. Inventory data is used only to provide the secure QR-code box tracking feature you signed up for. We never sell or rent your information, and we never display your phone number on public-facing pages.
Photos of Your Space
Any photos you upload during booking or to your inventory are stored privately and shared only with the organizer (Diem) for planning your project — they are never made public. Inventory photos are served through short-lived, signed links that expire, so they cannot be accessed via cached direct URLs after you log out.
Sharing & Family Access
Only the primary box owner can edit box details, manage photos, or change sharing settings. Family members you invite are restricted to view-only access. You can revoke shared access at any time from your inventory.
Donations
When we help you declutter, donation items must fit in a minivan. We drop off accepted donation items at a local charity on your behalf at no extra cost.
Data Retention
Consultation requests and inventory records are kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your inventory or account at any time by contacting us.
