Services
Tidy Sense provides professional home organizing, move-in unpacking, and move-in/move-out cleaning services across Greater Seattle. Every session is performed personally by Diem Duong — not by assigned contractors — to ensure consistent quality.
Consultations & Booking
Consultations by phone or video are free. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability; a consultation is required to confirm scope, scheduling, and pricing before any work begins.
Pricing
Organizing services are billed at $75/hour with a 3-hour minimum ($225 minimum), billed in 15-minute increments. Prepaid packages of 12, 18, and 24 hours offer 5%, 10%, and 15% savings respectively. Travel within our service area and donation drop-off are included at no extra cost.
Donations
Donation items must fit in a minivan. We will drop off accepted donation items at a local charity on your behalf. Items exceeding this size, or that charities will not accept, remain your responsibility.
Inventory & Accounts
The secure QR-code box inventory is available to registered users. Only the primary box owner can edit box details, manage photos, or change sharing settings; invited family members receive view-only access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the contents you record.
Photos
Photos uploaded for consultations or to your inventory are stored privately and shared only with the organizer. We never publish your space photos publicly without your explicit consent.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Refund terms for prepaid packages are discussed during your consultation and confirmed in writing before purchase.
